How has Kinesiology helped people like me?
"I’ve just completed the 21‑day Purify programme, focused on resetting the microbiome (gut) and supporting the body to release built‑up toxins and I honestly didn’t expect such noticeable results. I’ve seen improvements in my skin, sleep, and even a few body measurements (always a bonus!). Being in my mid‑40s, hormones can be a challenge, but this programme really made me realise that I don’t need to be so reliant on hormone therapy. Our bodies are incredibly intelligent, sometimes they just need the space and support to rebalance and do what they’re designed to do. One of the biggest surprises has been a significant improvement in my heart health, which I’ve been able to track directly through my health app, that alone speaks volumes. Best of all, this journey was guided and supported by my good friend and holistic health practitioner Rebecca, which made all the difference. We often think the answer is always to see a doctor, but so often what we actually need is to rebalance our bodies. They already know what to do — we just need to let them. If you’re feeling out of sync, this was a powerful reminder that genuine change comes from supporting the body from the inside out. Thank you Rebecca"
"I have always enjoyed keeping fit but had started to get some pain in my knee over the last couple of years especially during weights sessions. I also have a very painful old shoulder injury which has usually only responded to high levels of painkillers or NSAIDs. I was intrigued by Kinesiology because Rebecca told me that she ought to be able to sort out both these problems. I have to say, I was a bit sceptical as I come from a medical background. However, the thought of being drug dependent in order to continue being comfortable was enough to make me give it a try. Rebecca took time to take a full history of the problems before treatment so I was able to give her a lot of detail. To my complete amazement, the knee was completely pain free after the first session and has continued to be for nearly a year now. To start with I was very careful not to ‘test’ it too much but now have a full range of pain free movement! Brilliant! The shoulder has taken a lot more work, partly due to the fact that it is a 25 year old injury. But I have seen improvement in that too and hope that it will soon be good enough that I can throw the pills away for good!”

"I had the privilege of working with Rebecca during a particularly challenging time in my life, and her expertise and support were invaluable. When I first approached Rebecca, I was feeling completely exhausted and overwhelmed. My body was stressed and run down, and I was beginning to suffer from panic attacks. Rebecca was immediately approachable and easy to talk to, creating a safe and comfortable space for me to share my experiences. Her approach with Kinesiology was truly remarkable. She carefully assessed my body's needs and provided me with personalized sessions and supplements that addressed my specific concerns. I was amazed at the positive impact her interventions had on my overall well-being. Rebecca's ability to combine her knowledge of Kinesiology with her genuine compassion and empathy made her an exceptional support system. She helped me understand the root causes of my symptoms and provided me with practical tools and strategies to manage my stress and improve my overall health. I cannot recommend Rebecca enough. If you are looking for a skilled and caring Kinesiologist who can help you on your journey to optimal health and well-being, I highly encourage you to reach out to her."

“I had a treatment with Rebecca this week and it was truly amazing. Rebecca is informative and thorough . I struggle with good sleep, and through the process and checking and elimination Rebecca was able to suggest a short term supplement as well as some changes to my already healthy diet to reduce sugar spikes as I’ve also been diagnosed as pre diabetic. Simple tweaks, which I’ve already implemented. Just to add the night if the treatment was the best nights sleep I’ve had in a very long time! Kinesiology is a fascinating subject, interesting and doesn’t involve chemicals, or invasive treatment. It works so well. Thank you Rebecca, I look forward to the next time."
